Ice-breaker: Who am I and what do I feel? – Ukrainian perception of urban design and architecture

Born in a small Ukrainian town, Anastasiia Pelykh has consistently pursued personal and professional growth through a series of relocations, each providing new opportunities to enhance her skills and knowledge. Her journey began in Chernihiv, where she first studied art at the age of seven. At 13, she moved to Kyiv, attending an art boarding school before gaining admission to one of Kyiv's top architecture universities.
Following the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, she relocated to Riga, Latvia, where she worked as an Architect’s assistant for two years. Currently, Anastasiia is studying Urban Design at Newcastle University.
