“The person behind the sketchbook, From architecture to urban thinking”
“The person behind the sketchbook, From architecture to urban thinking”
Have you ever walked into a place and felt something without knowing why?
My Interest in Architecture started when I realised I was always paying attention to places more than anything else-how a narrow street felt welcoming, or how a public square brought strangers together. I would sketch buildings during walks and take a pictures of details others rarely noticed. With time, this curiosity turned into passion. Architecture now feels like a way to connect culture, community, and creativity. I’m motivated to explore how design can improve everyday life and make cities more human.
“My Journey Before and After Architecture”
Hello Everyone, I Am Ar, Sanskar Kisan Agrawal, from a small town Risod, From Maharashtra, India. Well, my earlier journey before architecture was to become a doctor, but as we know everything fades for bringing something new, then After I realised my interest my hobbies, and then I went through choosing architecture as my carrier option, and after entering into architecture the world suddenly change for me, the vision for looking to everything around me changed, which makes me fall for the design, creativity, and vison. I have completed my Bachelor of Architecture From Sambhajinagar, India.
And After completing I am going with the phase, that I want to gain knowledge about the urban part, and then I came with the Urban designing course, and now I am Pursuing My Master In Urban Design from Newcastle University, United Kingdom. From where my journey to new chapter started.
“From research to real inspiration.”
As I am focusing on my architecture carrier, My Thesis topic “CREMATORIUM” Shaped me into the reality for the society and peoples well-being, my thesis helped me realise the importance of designing for silence, reflection, and comfort spaces where grief, memory, and closure can coexist with dignity. Through my crematorium thesis, I gained a deeper understanding of designing sensitive spaces where architecture supports emotional healing, cultural rituals, and respectful transitions.
This project changed how I see architecture, not only as shelter, but as a companion during life’s most silent and fragile moments.
In my academics, I have come acrossed, many opportunities for making my capability, and skills for developing and making my passion in architecture. I Am a president from My college in NASA competitions, which are held
by the COA of India, and Also I have done my internship in the best and beautiful city of india which is Jaipur, the city itself, tells and speaks what actually the architecture is and what you can actually do in Architecture.
“What I look forward with Architecture”
In the future, I hope to grow as a designer who listens to people, understands their stories, and translated those stories into thoughtful, impactful spaces. That’s the kind of architecture I want to create architecture with meaning.
